Lemon Pie

This doesn’t call for meringue, but that can be added.

Apricot Gelatin Salad

This recipe is very similar to Bethany’s salad, but doesn’t have the shredded carrots and has mandarin oranges instead. This has apricot Jell-O, mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, cream cheese, and “Dream Whip”. Is Dream Whip still something you can buy? I have never used it.

Rainbow Cake (or Cupcakes)

Who doesn’t like a rainbow? Really this is vanilla or white cake with food coloring.

Caramel Icing

Again, another recipe for caramel icing. This one is from my grandmother Gladah Childs. The other one is the one we usually use though.

Kunz’s Hot Brown

This recipe came from Kunz restaurant in Evansville, Indiana. It is an open-face sandwich with toasted bread, slices of turkey and sauce on top. Bacon is then laid on top.

Margarita Salmon

Mix this glaze up with tequila, lime juice, olive oil, and spices and rush over salmon.

Freezer to Crockpot Chicken Fajitas

You can make these fajitas, freeze, and then put in the crockpot.

Sorghum Cookies

These cookies are soft and chewy. Make sure you do not over cook.

Spinach and Spaghetti

This recipe calls for jack cheese, eggs, spinach, spaghetti, onion, sour cream, and parmesan.

Chocolate Mousse

This chocolate mousse recipe calls for ladyfingers layered with the chocolate mouse and then frozen and covered with whipped cream.

Blackberry Cake

Blackberry Cake

Have not tried this cake yet and suspect that several people might not find it appealing in theory. Still, I look forward to trying it at some point. The photo certainly makes it look appetizing.
