A simple recipe for candied yams or sweet potatoes that has been part of our Thanksgiving dinner since before I was born. There is no real measurements.

I honestly have no idea what this is and where it came from. Have never eaten it and am not crazy about marshmallows. But it was in my mother’s recipe collection, so am adding it in.

I am a little skeptical of making a cake with prunes, but I understand this is pretty good.
