Ingredients
- 1 c sifted flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ c sugar
- ½ c chopped walnuts
- ½ c milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ c brown sugar, packed
- 1 12 oz can apricot nectar (1 1/2 c)
- ¼ c water
- whipping cream
Instructions
- Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together. Stir in nuts. Add milk, vanilla, melted butter, and stir.
- Pour into greased 8"x8" pan.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Heat nectar and water till boiling and pour over pudding.
- Bake at 340° for 35-40 min.
- Serve with whipping cream.
