Apricot Nectar Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 c sifted flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ c sugar
  • ½ c chopped walnuts
  • ½ c milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ c brown sugar, packed
  • 1 12 oz can apricot nectar (1 1/2 c)
  • ¼ c water
  • whipping cream

Instructions

  • Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together. Stir in nuts. Add milk, vanilla, melted butter, and stir.
  • Pour into greased 8"x8" pan.
  • Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  • Heat nectar and water till boiling and pour over pudding.
  • Bake at 340° for 35-40 min.
  • Serve with whipping cream.
