Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, dry, broken into pieces
- 1 onion, Bermuda, sliced into rings
- 1 lb bacon, fried, broken into pieces
- 1 small head cauliflower, broken into small pieces
- ¼ c sugar
- 1 c mayonnaise or salad dressing
- ½ c parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- The night before serving, layer lettuce, onion, bacon, and cauliflower into a bowl with tight-fitting cover.
- Sprinkle sugar, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper over top.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate.
- Mix well before serving.
