Ingredients
- 1 ½ c sugar
- ½ c shortening
- 2 eggs
- ½ c mashed bananas
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 c flour
- add chopped nuts if desired
Instructions
- Mix and bake as any butter cake in loaf pan or square, flat pan.
Notes
Good with brown sugar icing (caramel)
