Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt sour cream
- ¾ c minced onion
- 2 tbsp flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 6 oz can mushroom pieces
Instructions
- Sauté onion and butter.
- Stir in meat, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and sauté 5 minutes, stirring.
- Add soup, and mushrooms.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stir in sour cream and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve hot with noodles.
