Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 2 lbs ground chuck
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • ¾ c minced onion
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 6 oz can mushroom pieces

Instructions

  • Sauté onion and butter.
  • Stir in meat, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and sauté 5 minutes, stirring.
  • Add soup, and mushrooms.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes, stir in sour cream and sprinkle with parsley.
  • Serve hot with noodles.
