Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 lbs powdered sugar
- ¾ c bourbon
- 1-2 c pecans chopped, "I used 2 cups"
- 6 squares bitter chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Combine butter and sugar until mixture forms tiny grains like meal.
- Add bourbon a little at a time, mixing thoroughly.
- Add pecans.
- Make into tiny balls.
- Refrigerate on a cooking sheet until crusty.
- Melt chocolate and dip each ball into the chocolate.
- Remove and let harden/cool on wax paper.
