Bourbon Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 lbs powdered sugar
  • ¾ c bourbon
  • 1-2 c pecans chopped, "I used 2 cups"
  • 6 squares bitter chocolate, melted

Instructions

  • Combine butter and sugar until mixture forms tiny grains like meal.
  • Add bourbon a little at a time, mixing thoroughly.
  • Add pecans.
  • Make into tiny balls.
  • Refrigerate on a cooking sheet until crusty.
  • Melt chocolate and dip each ball into the chocolate.
  • Remove and let harden/cool on wax paper.
