Ingredients
- 1 c brown sugar, packed
- ½ c butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1½ c mashed bananas, 3-4
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup finely chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in bananas.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir into creamed mixture. Mix in nut.
- Spoon into greased 9“ x 5" loaf pan. Bake in 350° oven one hour or until bread tests done.
- Cool on rack.
