You know the taco. The infamous taco that everyone makes fun of, but likes to eat anyway. While the real Jack in the Box tacos are actually soy, this recipe calls for ground beef and refried beans.

I actually didn’t really like this recipe when I was a kid. My mother made it on occasion. I haven’t tried making it as an adult, but think that I would actually like it at this point.
