Ingredients
Inside
- 2-3 cooked chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1//2 c milk
- 2 stalks of celery finely diced
- ½ large onion or 1 small onion finely diced
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp rosemary
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 c frozen peas and carrots or mixed vegetables
Topping
- 1 c biscuit mix, like Bisquick
- ½ c shredded cheddar
- ½ c milk
Instructions
Inside
- Boil and cut up chicken and set aside.
- Mix together all of the soups, spices, vegetables, and 1/2 cup milk.
- Add chicken.
Topping
- Mix all topping ingredients together.
- Add more milk if necessary to thin slightly.
- Spread over casserole.
