Chicken Biscuit Pie

Ingredients

Inside

  • 2-3 cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1//2 c milk
  • 2 stalks of celery finely diced
  • ½ large onion or 1 small onion finely diced
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp rosemary
  • tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 c frozen peas and carrots or mixed vegetables

Topping

  • 1 c biscuit mix, like Bisquick
  • ½ c shredded cheddar
  • ½ c milk

Instructions

Inside

  • Boil and cut up chicken and set aside.
  • Mix together all of the soups, spices, vegetables, and 1/2 cup milk.
  • Add chicken.

Topping

  • Mix all topping ingredients together.
  • Add more milk if necessary to thin slightly.
  • Spread over casserole.
