Ingredients
- 3 c cooked chicken, diced
- ¼ c flour
- 1 c light cream
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1 medium onion
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 pkg spaghetti
- 1 c grated cheddar cheese
- 1 c dried onions
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper, or more to taste
Instructions
- Cook chicken and cut into bit-sized pieces.
- Cook 1 pkg spaghetti and drain.
- Sauté onion, celery, and mushrooms in butter in large skillet.
- Add flour, cream, and chicken broth. Cook until thick.
- Add in chicken.
- Put layer of spaghetti in buttered baking dish ("I used 8"x8").
- Top with chicken and sauce.
- Sprinkle cheese and dried onions on top.
- Bake at 350° until bubbly and cheese is brown, about 20-30 min.
