Ingredients

  • onions
  • celery
  • bean sprouts
  • water chestnuts
  • soy sauce
  • water
  • corn starch
  • pork steak, but can use skirt steak or chicken instead

Instructions

  • Brown meat in a skillet and set aside.
  • Cut up onions and celery, cook it in some water until done.
  • Add a can of bean sprouts and a can of sliced water chestnuts.
  • Mix some cornstarch with soy sauce, pour it in the water to thicken (may have to pour some of the water off (depending on how much you used).
  • Add however much soy sauce to taste.
  • Serve over rice or crunchy chow mein noodles.
