Ingredients
- onions
- celery
- bean sprouts
- water chestnuts
- soy sauce
- water
- corn starch
- pork steak, but can use skirt steak or chicken instead
Instructions
- Brown meat in a skillet and set aside.
- Cut up onions and celery, cook it in some water until done.
- Add a can of bean sprouts and a can of sliced water chestnuts.
- Mix some cornstarch with soy sauce, pour it in the water to thicken (may have to pour some of the water off (depending on how much you used).
- Add however much soy sauce to taste.
- Serve over rice or crunchy chow mein noodles.
