Ingredients
- 10 oz pkg frozen corn
- ¼ c chopped onion
- ½ tsp instant chicken bouillon granules, or powder
- ½ tsp curry powder
- dash of pepper
- ¼ c water
- 3 oz. of cream cheese, cubed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except cream cheese in a saucepan.
- Bring to boil, simmer till corn is crisp/tender, stirring constantly.
- Do NOT drain.
- Add cream cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
- Add milk if necessary for consistency.
