Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk, 14 oz
  • ½ gallon whole milk, approx.
  • 1 egg
  • ½ c sugar
  • fruit or other flavorings to taste
  • 1 tbsp flour optional for smoothness

Instructions

  • Put everything together except the milk and mix well.
  • Then add whole milk and fill up the ice cream freezer container.

Notes

This recipe was provided through my childhood friend, Sarah Holmes. It belonged to her grandmother. I was only friends with Sarah for about a year, while we lived in Greeley, Colorado. She and I went on a little adventure. We were off to visit grandparents - we were probably 4 and 5 at the time, and the police were looking for us!
