Grits Soufflé

Ingredients

  • 1 c instant grits
  • 4 c boiling water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 garlic cheese roll
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs in a cup filled with milk

Instructions

  • Mix the milk with the egg.
  • Cook grits in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes.
  • Add cheese and margarine to melt. Cool.
  • Add eggs and milk. Pour into greased casserole.
  • Bake 350° for 45-60 minutes.
