Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 c shredded cheese
- some corn flakes as desired
- ¼ - ½ c melted margarine
Instructions
- Combine soup and sour cream.
- Layer casserole dish with potatoes, then soup/cream mixture, then cheese, then cornflakes mixed with melted margarine.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
