Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, steamed and boned, cut in large chunks
- 1 14 oz can chicken broth
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c diced celery
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 c almonds, browned in butter
- 4 tbsp minced onion
- ½ tsp salt
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 c seasoned herb stuffing
- 1 c crushed potato chips
Instructions
- Blend mayonnaise into soup, add lemon juice.
- Combine with chicken, celery, almond, onion, and salt.
- Place in a 13"x9" buttered baking dish.
- Crumble together the herb stuffing and potato chips.
- Sprinkle over chicken mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
