Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, steamed and boned, cut in large chunks
  • 1 14 oz can chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c diced celery
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 c almonds, browned in butter
  • 4 tbsp minced onion
  • ½ tsp salt
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 c seasoned herb stuffing
  • 1 c crushed potato chips

Instructions

  • Blend mayonnaise into soup, add lemon juice.
  • Combine with chicken, celery, almond, onion, and salt.
  • Place in a 13"x9" buttered baking dish.
  • Crumble together the herb stuffing and potato chips.
  • Sprinkle over chicken mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
