Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • ½ c flour
  • 3 c sugar
  • 3 quarts milk
  • extract

Instructions

  • Mix flour, sugar, and egg yolks with one qt milk.
  • Cook until it thickens.
  • Add beaten egg whites and remainder of milk when cool.
  • Add extracts to taste and chill in ice cream freezer.
