Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- ½ c flour
- 3 c sugar
- 3 quarts milk
- extract
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and egg yolks with one qt milk.
- Cook until it thickens.
- Add beaten egg whites and remainder of milk when cool.
- Add extracts to taste and chill in ice cream freezer.
