Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- ½ c celery, thick-cut
- ½ c onion, sliced
- 1 8 oz can drained water chestnuts, sliced
- ½ c green pepper, chopped
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen peas, cooked and drained
- 2 c cooked chicken, diced
- 1½ c mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1½ c colby or cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 slices cooked bacon
Instructions
- In a 13"x9" pan, layer all ingredients in order listed, crumbling bacon over top.
- Cover with foil or plastic wrap.
- Chill at least eight hours.
- When ready to serve, cut in t0 3" squares.
