Ingredients
- 1 tbsp tequila
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp ground red pepper/cayenne
- 4 6 oz salmon fillets, skinned
Instructions
- Place fillets in shallow baking dish.
- Mix together other ingredients and brush over salmon fillets.
- Cover and refrigerate 4-8 hours.
- Grill in medium heat 4-6" from medium coals for 8-12 minutes until fish flakes, turning once.
