Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp tequila
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp ground red pepper/cayenne
  • 4 6 oz salmon fillets, skinned

Instructions

  • Place fillets in shallow baking dish.
  • Mix together other ingredients and brush over salmon fillets.
  • Cover and refrigerate 4-8 hours.
  • Grill in medium heat 4-6" from medium coals for 8-12 minutes until fish flakes, turning once.
