Ingredients
- 1 box graham crakers, rolled to crumbs
- 1 16 oz pkg small marshmallows
- 1 lb dates, cut in small pieces
- 2 c chopped pecans
- 1-2 12 oz can evaporated milk, or half and half
Instructions
- Combine crackers, marshmallows, dates, and nuts.
- Add just enough milk to moisten and cause mixture to stick together.
- Spread a few graham cracker crumbs on aluminum foil.
- Shape the mixture into a roll.
- Wrap it and place in refrigerator overnight.
- Slice and serve.
