Ingredients
- 1½ lbs lean stew beef
- 2 cans undiluted mushroom soup
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce
- ½ pkg dried onion soup
- ½ c dry sherry
- ½ c sour cream
- cooked noodles
Instructions
- Place uncooked meat in casserole.
- Combine other ingredients except sour cream and noodles in a bowl and pour over the meat.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 300° for 4 hours.
- Add sour cream when cooking time is over.
