Ingredients
- 1 c brown sugar
- ½ c butter or margarine
- ¼ c corn syrup
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 3 quarts popped popcorn
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200º.
- Boil sugar, butter, syrup, and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from head and add baking soda.
- Mixing well, pour in popcorn and nuts (optional).
- Spread in 13 x 9 glass pan.
- Place in oven for 1 hr, stirring every 15 min.
- Remove from oven and spread on wax paper to cool.
