Just a simple pastry dough recipe.

Canned carrots with green peppers, onions, sugar, and tomato soup. Doesn’t really sound appetizing to me, but the recipe came from my grandmother.

I do NOT like sauerkraut, but maybe someone else would like to try out this recipe. It was part of my mother’s collection of recipes from my grandmothers, so am including it here.

This recipe came from Kunz restaurant in Evansville, Indiana. It is an open-face sandwich with toasted bread, slices of turkey and sauce on top. Bacon is then laid on top.

Combine Worcestershire, liquid smoke, and spices to brush over brisket and leave overnight.

This looks yummy, but never tried because I didn’t want to try to roll cake.

Meatballs with rice on top of tomato-based sauce.

This soup has chicken broth, orzo, asparagus, peas, scallions, dill, lemon juice, and celery can be added.

This is the gravy that we have been serving at Thanksgiving for all of my life.
