Who doesn’t like a rainbow? Really this is vanilla or white cake with food coloring.

This is not the typical recipe that we fix. This one can be done in the oven instead of the stovetop. It is an easier to make version.

This recipe is very similar to Bethany’s salad, but doesn’t have the shredded carrots and has mandarin oranges instead. This has apricot Jell-O, mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, cream cheese, and “Dream Whip”. Is Dream Whip still something you can buy? I have never used it.

This doesn’t call for meringue, but that can be added.

This looks yummy, but never tried because I didn’t want to try to roll cake.
