Classic chocolate pie!

This was my grandmother Thelma’s Chinese beef with peppers, mushrooms, chopped onion, celery, green pepper, and soy sauce.

This doesn’t call for meringue, but that can be added.

This recipe is similar to the fiery hamburger soup.

This is not the typical recipe that we fix. This one can be done in the oven instead of the stovetop. It is an easier to make version.

These cookies are soft and chewy. Make sure you do not over cook.

We really like this soup! We use the albondigas that are sold at Smart and Final.
