Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 pkg instant Jell-O pistachio pudding and pie filling
- 1 c oil
- ½ c nuts, optional, black walnuts suggested
- 3 eggs
- 1 c soda water
Instructions
Cake
- Mix ingredients.
- Bake in 3 8" or 9" cake pans for 20-25 min. at 350°.
Topping
- Whipped Cream with 1 pkg instant Jell-O pistachio pudding
