Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ c quick-cook rice
- ½ c water
- ⅓ c onion, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp celery salt
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp dash pepper
Sauce
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 c water
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Combine meatball ingredients together in a bowl.
- Shape meat mixture into 1 1/2 balls.
- In large skillet, brown meatballs in oil.
- Add sauce mixture and simmer on low for 1 hour.
