Ingredients
- 1½ c boiling water
- 1 c diced celery
- ¼ c margarine
- ¼ c flour
- 1½ tbsp parsley
- 1 c cooked peas
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ c cubed potatoes
- ¼ c chopped onion
- 2 c diced ham
- ½ c grated cheese
Instructions
- Add boiling water to salt and celery. Cook 10 minutes.
- Add potatoes and cook until done. Drain, reserve liquid.
- Melt margarine, add onion, cook. Blend in flour.
- Measure liquid into flour and margarine. Stir cooked vegetables and remaining ingredients except cheese to sauce.
- Pour into a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
