Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 c uncooked Minute Rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- ½ cup cheese whiz
- 1 c water
- ½ c onion, chopped
- ½ stick margarine or butter
- cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Sauté 1/2 c onion with margarine.
- Mix with all other ingredients except cracker crumbs and pour into baking dish.
- Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
