Ingredients
- 2 c long grain white rice
- 2 cans beef consommé
- 1 can water
- 1 jar mushrooms
- ¼ c chopped onions
- ½ tsp oregano
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 sticks margarine
Instructions
- Mix rice, consommé, water, onions, mushrooms, and seasonings in 1 1/2 qt casserole.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hr 15 minutes.
