Ingredients
- 2 c cooked chicken, chopped
- ½ c celery slices
- ½ c onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp margarine or butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 c chopped tomato
- ½ lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- ½ tsp basil leaves
- 4 c cooked rice
Instructions
- Sauté celery and onion in margarine
- Blend in flour.
- Add tomato, chicken, process cheese, and basil. Stir until cheese is melted.
- Serve over rice.
