Ingredients
- 1 can sauerkraut, 1lb 13oz, undrained
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 c chopped green pepper
- 1 c chopped green onion
- ½ c vegetable oil
- ½ c vinegar
- 1½ c sugar
Instructions
- Combine all vegetables. Blend or whisk oil, vinegar, and sugar together. Pour over vegetables and mix.
- Cover and refrigerate at least over night.
