Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can sauerkraut, 1lb 13oz, undrained
  • 1 c chopped celery
  • 1 c chopped green pepper
  • 1 c chopped green onion
  • ½ c vegetable oil
  • ½ c vinegar
  • c sugar

Instructions

  • Combine all vegetables. Blend or whisk oil, vinegar, and sugar together. Pour over vegetables and mix.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least over night.
