Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 c celery, chopped
- 1 16 oz can tomatoes
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 3½ oz can chow mein noodles
Instructions
- Sauté onions and meat in butter for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients except noodles.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve over chow mein noodles.
