Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz pkg, 2 c Nestle Butterscotch Morsels
  • 1 c peanut butter
  • 6 c toasted rice cereal, Rice Krispies

Instructions

  • Melt butterscotch and peanut butter in double boiler.
  • Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth.
  • Transfer the butterscotch mixture to large bowl and add rice cereal, coating and mixing well.
  • Press mixture onto an aluminum foil-lined 13 x 9 pan.
  • Chill in refrigerator until firm (about 1 hour).
  • Cut into 1 ½” squares. Makes 48.
