Ingredients
- 1 12 oz pkg, 2 c Nestle Butterscotch Morsels
- 1 c peanut butter
- 6 c toasted rice cereal, Rice Krispies
Instructions
- Melt butterscotch and peanut butter in double boiler.
- Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth.
- Transfer the butterscotch mixture to large bowl and add rice cereal, coating and mixing well.
- Press mixture onto an aluminum foil-lined 13 x 9 pan.
- Chill in refrigerator until firm (about 1 hour).
- Cut into 1 ½” squares. Makes 48.
