Shrimp Creole

Ingredients

  • celery
  • onions
  • green pepper
  • frozen shrimp, but can use fresh or canned
  • 1 large can diced tomatoes, or 2 small cans, with juice
  • bay leaf
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Cook celery, onions, and green pepper in a little bit of water. Poor off water and add canned, diced tomatoes and cook that with bay leaf in it.
  • Add shrimp last.
  • Add a little bit of salt and pepper to taste.
  • Can add a tablespoon of butter, but is not necessary.
  • Serve over rice.
