Ingredients
- celery
- onions
- green pepper
- frozen shrimp, but can use fresh or canned
- 1 large can diced tomatoes, or 2 small cans, with juice
- bay leaf
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Cook celery, onions, and green pepper in a little bit of water. Poor off water and add canned, diced tomatoes and cook that with bay leaf in it.
- Add shrimp last.
- Add a little bit of salt and pepper to taste.
- Can add a tablespoon of butter, but is not necessary.
- Serve over rice.
