Sour Cream Chili Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 16 oz can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • c corn chips
  • 1 ⅓ c sour cream

Instructions

  • Cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned and onion tender; drain.
  • Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning mix and 1/4 cup cheese. Sprinkle 2 1/2 c corn chips in bottom of 8"x8" baking dish.
  • Cover with chili. Bake at 350° for 20-25 min.
  • Spread sour cream over chili. Top with remaining corn chips and cheese.
  • Bake 3-4 minutes longer.
