Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 16 oz can kidney beans, drained
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 3½ c corn chips
- 1 ⅓ c sour cream
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned and onion tender; drain.
- Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning mix and 1/4 cup cheese. Sprinkle 2 1/2 c corn chips in bottom of 8"x8" baking dish.
- Cover with chili. Bake at 350° for 20-25 min.
- Spread sour cream over chili. Top with remaining corn chips and cheese.
- Bake 3-4 minutes longer.
