Ingredients

  • 16 oz fine noodles
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 Tbsp salad oil
  • 13 oz tomatoes, canned
  • 12 oz corn, canned
  • 1 cup ripe olives
  • 4 oz mushrooms, canned
  • ½ lb cheese, shredded
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Cook noodles.
  • Sauté meat, onions, garlic, and green pepper in oil until nicely browned.
  • Add tomatoes, salt, pepper.
  • Simmer 10 minutes.

Notes

That was all to the directions, so not sure where the cheese comes in.
