Ingredients
- 16 oz fine noodles
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 Tbsp salad oil
- 13 oz tomatoes, canned
- 12 oz corn, canned
- 1 cup ripe olives
- 4 oz mushrooms, canned
- ½ lb cheese, shredded
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook noodles.
- Sauté meat, onions, garlic, and green pepper in oil until nicely browned.
- Add tomatoes, salt, pepper.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
