Ingredients
- 1 4-5 lb brisket
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp liquid smoke
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Mix together and brush all over meat.
- Wrap in foil over night.
- Bake at 350° for 3-3 1/2 hours for 4 lb brisket.
