Thelma’s Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 1 lb processed cheese spread, cubed
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1-2 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 c commercial salad dressing
  • ½ lb slightly fried bacon, drained
  • ¼ c green olives

Instructions

  • Combine all but bacon and olives, mixing well.
  • Turn into a lightly greased 13"x9" baking dish. Top with crumbled bacon and olives.
  • Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

Notes

Recipe can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Remove to room temperature at least 1 hour before baking time.
