Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, cooked and diced
- 1 lb processed cheese spread, cubed
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1-2 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 c commercial salad dressing
- ½ lb slightly fried bacon, drained
- ¼ c green olives
Instructions
- Combine all but bacon and olives, mixing well.
- Turn into a lightly greased 13"x9" baking dish. Top with crumbled bacon and olives.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
Notes
Recipe can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Remove to room temperature at least 1 hour before baking time.
