Ingredients

  • 1 dozen egg whites
  • 3 c sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp vinegar
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla
  • whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  • Beat egg whites to form peaks.
  • Add 1 c sugar.
  • Add vinegar and vanilla.
  • Add remaining sugar.
  • Bake at 275° 1 hour.
  • Top with whipped cream.
