Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 lb stew meat
- ½ head of cabbage, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 4-5 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 onion, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 large can or bottle of tomato juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pour tomato juice into pot.
- Cut stew meat into 1/4" pieces if they are too large.
- Add frozen vegetables, onion, potatoes, and stew meat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until meat and potatoes are cooked through.
- Add cut cabbage.
- Serve when cabbage, potatoes, and onions are tender.
Notes
Recipe can also be cooked in a crockpot, adding the cabbage at the end.
