Apricot Nectar Pudding

chopped walnuts

brown sugar

12 oz can apricot nectar (1 1/2 c)

water
whipping cream
Instructions
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together. Stir in nuts. Add milk, vanilla, melted butter, and stir.
Pour into greased 8"x8" pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Heat nectar and water till boiling and pour over pudding.
Bake at 340° for 35-40 min.
Serve with whipping cream.
