sirloin tip beef
cut in strips

finely chopped onion

butter or margarine

beef bouillon cubes

sour cream

tomato paste

dry mustard

dash of black pepper

can mushrooms and liquid

Instructions
Cook meat quickly in butter, browning all sides. Remove meat.
Add onion to butter and cook until onion is clear.
Blend in flour.
Stir in bouillon cubes dissolved in water.
Cook until slightly thickened.
Add tomato paste, seasonings, mushrooms, and meat.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes until meat is tender.
Fold in sour cream.
Cook until mixture is just heated.
Serve over cooked noodles or mashed potatoes.
