Bourbon Balls

Ingredients

stick butter

powdered sugar

bourbon

pecans chopped

squares bitter chocolate
melted
Instructions
Combine butter and sugar until mixture forms tiny grains like meal.
Add bourbon a little at a time, mixing thoroughly.
Add pecans.
Make into tiny balls.
Refrigerate on a cooking sheet until crusty.
Melt chocolate and dip each ball into the chocolate.
Remove and let harden/cool on wax paper.
