Butterscotch Pie

Instructions
Set milk on stove to heat.
Stir the flour and sugar together, moisten well with milk in water.
Add the beaten yolks to the flour, sugar, and milk mixture.
Add butter to the milk to melt.
Add sugar and flour mixture to milk and stir until thick.
Pour into pie tins.
Spread the beaten egg whites with a little added sugar over the top and bake at 300 for about 25 min until brown.
