Chicken Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

chicken broth

stalks diced celery
½
c
chopped onion

cubed chicken

can mushroom pieces
1
can cream of chicken soup
diluted with 1/2 c milk
1
c
sour cream
1
c
mayonnaise
½
tsp
salt

oz
pkg egg noodles
2-3
cups
shredded sharp cheddar
1
can dried onion rings
Instructions
Cook noodles and drain.
Combine broth, celery, and onion in saucepan and cook until tender.
Add chicken, mushrooms, soup mixture, sour cream, mayonnaise, and salt.
Spread noodles in 13"x9" pan and pour the chicken mixture over noodles.
Sprinkle with cheese and then dried onions.
Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes.
Notes
You can also use the cheddar flavor onion rings.
