Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

German sweet chocolate

water

powdered sugar

vanilla

well-beaten egg yolks

stiffly beaten egg whites

pkg lady fingers
Instructions
Melt chocolate and add water.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and egg yolks and mix well.
Fold and mix in the egg whites.
Line a loaf pan with wax paper. Lay one layer of lady fingers on the bottom of the pan.
Pour some of the mixture over the lady fingers. Repeat layers, ended with lady fingers on top.
Wrap in foil and freeze overnight.
Place on place and cover with stiff whipped cream.
