Instructions
Mix sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in water slowly until all is dissolved to smooth.
Add cocoa dissolved in milk.
Cook until the mixture begins to thicken.
Add egg yolks, beating them in.
Remove from the head when thick and fold in already beaten egg whites or save for a meringue.
Pour into pie crust.
