Ingredients
onions
celery
bean sprouts
water chestnuts
soy sauce
water
corn starch
pork steak
but can use skirt steak or chicken instead
Instructions
Brown meat in a skillet and set aside.
Cut up onions and celery, cook it in some water until done.
Add a can of bean sprouts and a can of sliced water chestnuts.
Mix some cornstarch with soy sauce, pour it in the water to thicken (may have to pour some of the water off (depending on how much you used).
Add however much soy sauce to taste.
Serve over rice or crunchy chow mein noodles.
